The majority of shopping behavior is deeply rooted in habit and conditioning. Our aims are to analyse the components of shopping habits and then to either work with them or to change them. The same can be said for how we approach our relationships with clients. We try to understand the corporate culture and then become part of it. However, were not afraid to challenge when necessary!
